I went to Ginza around 11:30am. The servers were cordial and we were immediately seated. There are several sections of their Japanese buffet: the sushi section, the seafood area, the hibachi grill, the assorted table, and the dessert bar. I immediately went to the hibachi grill to order a seafood hibachi medley composed of shrimp, squid, chicken, and zucchini.
Next, I went to the sushi area to gather a vast array of sushi and sashimi. Before starting the meal I went to the other sections to procure rice, noodles and tempura.
The verdict? Considering the price of their lunch buffet, the meal was awesome! The seafood was fresh and well prepared. They have a variety of seafood, vegetables and meat to suit every palate. The dessert choices are fruit, cake and ice cream (sugar free and regular). The ambiance is very Japanese oriented, and the servers were very friendly (they can speak English which is a bonus).
I will come back to Ginza often. I would recommend Giza to all of my friends and family. The food played with my palette and I left the restaurant happy and satiated. It would be better to come here during lunch instead of for dinner because of the price different but the food is identical. Cheers!
